Moved here from the south back in February and had to mostly communicate with leasing and mgmt over the phone. They were amazingly helpful and made the process seamless. I love the property, location and how quiet they are. Highly recommend. I’m signing for another year for my lease!

New Management look elsewhere

Gym hours are 10am-10pm at 6pm I was kicked out of a gym that I paid for. I showed the leasing agent the gmail on hours she continued to argued with me. I had to go to the office to remind the manager about the hours that she had posted. I was told I could continue working out but they Still left the air conditioning off And left one entry door barricade with gym equipment. New Management is terrible leasing agents don’t care about residents just getting new tenants in and head maintenance ...
manager was let go so they are way under staff to maintain the property. mostly ever resident I spoke to has similar feelings. It’s your choice but I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
