I have been a resident at Riatta Ranch for a little over one year. Overall the staff & maintenance workers due an excellent job and are pleasant to communicate with. The property has been under going upgrades since I moved in (ALL positive).

It's going to hell you the customer don't matter. It's all about the dollar to them .these are over priced they have one maintenance guy for 130 unit complex one guy can't do it all they put smokers above non smoker so you smell it this place sucks I'm gone

This apartment complex is nice and the apartments are spacious and well designed, the staff is nice if you pay your bills and really bother them. The real nightmare occurs when you try to leave, I have been waiting a month now for my deposit.This all started when I put in my notice to leave, I asked to stay an extra 15 days after my lease so I could move, they said it was fine and they would give me a price. A few days later they tell me that to stay in the apartment, I would have to pay $1,200 ...
for two weeks, my normal rent was lest that half of that for a full month. A month later I opened a letter from them thinking my deposit check was in there, it was a letter saying I still owed them money. Tried to log into my RentCafe.com account, the place you have to pay your rent to see they deleted it and all the records of what was owed and what I had paid. I now have to fight with the debt collector over a debt that I had fully paid off when I left, my Rentcafe.com account said I had paid in full. I have to try and send a demand letter to get my $600.00 deposit back. If I had known they were going to cause this much of an issue, I would never had gone.
My suggestion is to stay away.

Riatta Ranch and BH management does not care about their residents! I have had multiple issues. They are slow and drag their feet. They only have one maintenance person and will not contract out while waiting for more people to apply. I agree with all negative reviews on all platforms. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I gave them a second chance and regret it 100%. About to break my contract I am so miserable at the apartment complex. This place and their management deserve -5 stars. Oh, and ...
they also don't have a curtesy officer. I was told that they did when I moved in. LIES. Ive also tried to contact BH management and I yet to receive a call back. Poorly run Company.
