August 10, 2024My air was out since 7:00 yesterday kept call in the office and the on-call number no one never answers the phone finally the on-call maintenance guy calls me back and tells me my air being out is not an emergency and I have to wait until Monday morning its 88° in my apartment and I have kids I'm so ready to call channel 4 News up here. Not to mention my refrigerator is leaking water has been for over 6 months no one's never come to fix itProperty Manager Responded

Dissapointed
September 15, 2020I'm disappointed because it doesn't look the same as it has online no mirrors on closet doors,no stainless still kitchen appliances,no dining room, No central air n heat,no ceiling fans the kitchen sink is not the same nor cabinets very little space..you shouldn't advertise things that doesn't fit the sameProperty Manager Responded

About Richland Hills Apartments
August 14, 2015Where we live is fine the only problem that I am having is that my Dr. will be placing me in a wheelchair, and the apartment where we are living right now is not disability accessible. When we moved here we have fallen so many times in the bathroom, where I would constantly loose my balance and pass out. The management tries to resolve the issue by trying to place us in a disability apartment, but they are full right now, and they are starting to renovate. Cause of one medicine that I took when I ...moved to Nashville, TN. 6 years ago. I went from a healthy man to a total disabled person. Richland Hills Apartments is a great place to live, my only issue is I wish they were enough disability apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
