Lived here for my 1 year lease term. It's a joke. Jose the new manager enforces no rules. Property management company is a bigger joke. No matter how much proof you send them, they do not give warnings to anyone. Everyone plays their music obnoxiously loud, no respect or common courtesy for neighbors. Drugs and drinking inside/outside complex. Washer/dryers never work. Surrounding apartments are equally as rude. Complex behind let off loud fireworks the entire year. Tenants in unit below me ...

constantly arguing and throwing things/spouse against the walls. Roaches. Parking is a nightmare. 1 assigned carport parking but people park behind you, not allowing you to get out of your spot. Police will do nothing since it's private property. Don't live here.
