Use caution! Immoral business ethics!
January 5, 2025The managers at Richmond Apartments / Turton Properties accepted a payment from my underage daughter (17) without allowing an adult to view or sign the contract first. The deposit was $600, including a $300 pet fee. Once we were notified, we told the manager that she would not be moving in. Minors are not bound to contracts by law, so we asked for a refund of only the $300 pet deposit as a compromise, since she never moved in. They refused to refund a single dollar. Keeping pet fees for an ...apartment never rented is unethical, especially when paid for by a minor not bound to contract by law. The apartment should not have accepted payment from a minor without parental consent. June 22, 2022My experience here at Richmond is mind blowing. Everything is clean, it’s quiet and the rooms are very roomy. It’s a safe place to stay due to police on duty. I love it here!!!

Nice Property like the renovations being done!!
November 17, 2021I really like the new things that have been taking place for the last 2 years or so from landscaping to renovations to the apartments. It has taken time for all these things to be in full effect but with the ladies in the office and on-site maintenance things are constantly getting done. Since new management has taken over things that were looked over or forgotten have been and are being addressed and completed.Property Manager Responded

Can’t wait to move
October 29, 2021Poorly managed community. Just drive the property. Trash all over , siding falling off on every building , roof leak still over my bathroom with mold . Haven’t used the bathroom in months due to the mold. My new home cannot be built fast enough for us to get away from here . They also had the two courtesy officers move out and the ones being used now do absolutely nothing . Cars constantly broken in to , loud music every single weekend . It’s a mess ! And don’t bother reporting anything to ...management, they will tell you not to contact them and that you complain too much. after my 2 yr old ended up in the ER due to months of reported negligence, I called code enforcement and they finally are repairing things bc code has been involved.Property Manager Responded

As you shared in your review, this was not the case for you and for this, we do apologize. We understand you feeling disappointed about the work orders not being completed in a timely manner. We do state all work orders are given 24-48 hours to be addressed and completed. Some of your work orders we had to work with outside contractors other than our staffed maintenance. We did get all issues addressed and resolved and thank you again for taking the time to share a review with us.
