April 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The management staff and maintenance staff are all great and very much appreciated! They are very professional and also personable. When there is a problem, they are there to take care of tenets and property. It's great that Richmond Oaks is conveniently close to grocery stores, doctors, banks, and any other needs you might have. I enjoy living at Richmond Oaks.

February 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI have moved back to Richmond Oaks apartments last year, after having been gone for 12 years. I sold my house and moved back and I feel like I came home. I love these apartments they are so spacious, perfect for families. The grounds are so well kept. Dewayla and Mike keep these apartments nice, clean, and safe. Thank you Richmond Oaks for being such a wonderful place to call my forever home!!

The maintenance staff here is Awesome! Huge field area. Fly a kite or walk your dog. It is nice. Apartments are located within walking distance of convenience and grocery store. Everything you need is right here on Richmond Road: Restaurants, Banking, Medical Care, Attorney, Pharmacy and Shopping Centers Right in your own back yard. Texarkana Independent ...School District. September 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived at Richmond Oaks for going on 5 years. Never had any major problems. If something does mess up, call Dewayla, the manager, and it is usually taken care of the same day (next day at the latest). My ac went out and by the following day, I had a brand new ac unit. Staff are very friendly. It is older apartments, but still nice. It's a quiet apartment complex. Mostly older people and families live here. There are numerous law enforcement officers that live in the complex as well. There ...is a security officer that patrols the complex at night. I've only seen the police come to the apartment complex once for a disturbance. Overall, it's a great little complex!Read More
