They will never give your deposit back!

I am advising anyone planning on renting an apartment there not to do so. Believe me you will regret it. They will always give plenty reasons for not giving you your deposit back. They are scammers and unprofessional. They will lose your checks and tell you to make another payment, they will lose your documents so you have no proof of anything! Their apartments are old with dirty and smelly carpet. Stay away from them. You can find better near the campus. It’s not your ONLY option!

Fox creek apartments in Magnolia is the worst place you can live in. The smell of the carpets is very bad. Appliances are very old. Maintenance is a way behind. They will take your deposit and will never return it to you back. An awful apartment complex!!
