It was great! Until..
August 4, 2025We got a new property manager, I’ve heard her name is Lisa A. but nobody has seen or heard back from her yet. The sewage bills have skyrocketed ! Doubled for most and tripled for some. Residents have been instructed to “pay it” and we might , might , get reimbursed. The trash piles up for weeks on end while they sneak a double “trash fee” on your bill. February 10, 2022I honestly was so nervous moving to a large apartment complex. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience in the community for the two years that we spent there. We loved our neighbors and never had an safety issues. We loved the walking trail and the pool. I moved because I built a home, but was honestly sad to leave our little place. Our unit had an amazing sun room looking out to the woods that was just so peaceful to wake up to.
