September 18, 2021My family and I went to look at the apartment and there were roaches, baby roaches, roach eggs, possible water damage under the sink, and two bedbugs. The lady had just come out of there from cleaning too, so we're wondering what actually was cleaned.Review from Apartments.com

Nice community
May 31, 2019Ridge falls is a pleasant place to live if you have kids the apartments are spacious and the office staff is very polite and informative the maintenance staff is very friendly and professional Kyesha the office assistant is very polite and professional and welcoming my family and I enjoy our life here in Las Vegas Las Vegas is a very busy state and active but the community here is quite most of the time other than hearing traffic are kids and dogs playing Ridgefalls is AwesomeReview from Apartments.com

April 30, 2019The apartments are roach and bed bug infested. They ignore work orders. My water was leaking for almost a year and it was never fixed. They still charged me for it. The area is really bad. Drugs are sold all through the apartments. Crack heads hang out in the parking lot. Alot of loose dogs running around. I almost got bit. The apartment had old carpet when i first moved in and when i moved out they tried to charge $600 for the carpet. The people that work in the office arent helpful at all. Don't fall for it
February 20, 2018This is the worst place to live in Las Vegas. The AC doesn't work in the summer so you die of heat. But can you go to the pool to cool off? Nope. It is always locked with a padlock that residents do not have access too. It was open a total of 5 days last year. You aren't even allowed to sit around the pool during the cooler months. Drug deals are made in the parking lot and basketball court. Prostitutes live here. Noone watches their kids. They will steal your belingings and jump out in ...front of your car and their parents wont do anything. Their kids throw things in the parking lot so your car WILL be damaged by the time your lease is up. The dryers and garbage disposals dont work. If you come by on a cool day you might think its an okay place to live. Come by during summer when the ghetto gangs and prostitutes are out!! You'll also smell weed every single day. It seeps into your apartment from your neighbors so if you like drugs, crime and are a worthless parent, you'll love it here. Also, even if they do get the gym that they are promising, you can bet it will never be open. I live here
November 2, 2016I live here and I like alot. If there any problems with my apartment they fix. It easy to see there are problems in neighborhood, but I don't see problems in the property. I have seen the security guard stop people who walk around at night, and make them leave. I have seen the manager sweep the sidewalks late night at midnight time before and ask children to go in there apartment because it was after curfew time. She is caring person. To Do List needs improvement
August 10, 2015Many things are wrong from maintenance to getting apartments ready to move in, it took a whole week after signing my rental agreement to get things working at my place. Kid's playground lacks of safety broken glass, nails and other garbage, complaining will get nothing done. Really disappointed of the place.Review from Apartments.com
