Mostly Very Good Property, facilities, maintenance, landscaping, management all pretty good. Just two things bother us. Residents not picking up dog poop and the messy berries dropping on cars and walkways during fall and winter.

Ridge Point Villas Review I have lived here nearly a year now and have no complaints! Snow removal and repairs are done quickly! Keyless entry would be nice! The community is peaceful and I love that it is so close to a wonderful bike:walking path! I'm very content!

No heat After a weekend of the furnace not working i called monday morning and they were there in a timely manner and changed out the part that went bad and shortly ther after it was running normal again. They were very friendly. Excellent service
