April 5, 2025Living here has been a mostly positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I submitted were handled in a timely manner. The community feels safe but it’s often loud.Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at The Ridge at North Texas during my time at UNT! The location is super convenient, with easy access to campus but also far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. I really appreciate how close it is to everything I need—grocery stores, restaurants, and even a few cool spots around Denton for when I want to unwind.Property Manager Responded
