March 29, 2026The apartments are pretty decent and the employees are nice and helpful. Maintenance can be hard to get sometimes, but we do get it eventually.Review from Apartments.com
You get what you pay for
March 21, 2026The ridge is an ok place to live you definitely get what you pay for. If it’s in your budget by all means do it. The maintenance staff is definitely working hard. And they respond relatively fast. But the building are pretty old. Currently dealing with an a/c lost this is the 3rd time btw. The inside temperature of the apartment is at 88 degrees. The first time this happened I believe all they did was reset the breaker. The second time they installed window a/c but they eventually took the away. ...Mind you they didn’t install them correctly. So there were openings for bugs and pollen and thing of that nature to enter the apartment. I have had problems also with furniture and kitchen and bathroom hardware. They are not serviced or replaced As much as they should be so that does cause things to break often like closet racks, closet doors, bathroom, and kitchen faucets. At the end of the day it is a student living apartment complex so it’s not gonna be amazing. The renovated versus non-renovated apartments are Totally different I will say that. Just pick where your gonna live for at least a year Wisely. ITS IMPORTANT!Property Manager Responded

We’re sorry to hear about your ongoing A/C concerns. Please know that when systems require more than a temporary repair, we do move forward with ordering parts or full replacements. Due to current supply timelines, some components can take longer to arrive, but we are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we do offer temporary cooling solutions and would be happy to revisit your installation to ensure it is properly sealed and comfortable. Regarding your additional concerns with interior items such as closet racks, doors, and plumbing fixtures—these are all items our team is happy to address through a service request. Our goal is to maintain each apartment to the best standard possible, and we encourage residents to report any issues so we can ...promptly resolve them. If we do not know about the issue it cannot be addressed, please input a work order. We’d really like the opportunity to connect with you directly and make this right. March 6, 2026Non-emergency maintenance is INCREDIBLY slow. Getting charged fees with very little notification, and it was a huge hassle to get it fixed. The place is very good for the value and the location is nice, but they are not very helpful a lot of the time.Review from Apartments.com

March 5, 2026I have been here for two years now and it’s been amazing so far. I love how quiet this environment is. The best part for me is how responsive the maintenance team is anything I put in a maintenance order. My few concerns have to do with the high cost it electricity bills that my unit keeps getting lately. I hope this can be looked into. Thank you.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2026From the day I moved in, I felt misled. I was told I was renting a one-bedroom unit but was only shown a two-bedroom model and told it was “pretty much the same.” It wasn’t. The layout was noticeably different. I also signed for a specific unit with a large patio, but on move-in day I was reassigned to a different third-floor unit and never received follow-up about the patio. I didn’t receive a mail key for nearly a year and had to send my mail elsewhere. Billing communication has also been ...inconsistent, with early “late” notices and delayed utility postings. Most concerning is the ongoing roach problem, especially in the kitchen, where I regularly find them and have had to throw away food. Overall, disappointing experience due to misleading information, poor communication, and unresolved issues.Property Manager Responded

Our team strives to provide clear information throughout the leasing and move-in process. While we do not have a one-bedroom model available to tour in the office, residents are able to review floorplans and unit information online prior to selecting their space. Regarding unit placement, assignments can occasionally change during the placement process depending on availability and resident preferences, and we do not guarantee specific patio or balcony locations. We also take pest control and maintenance concerns seriously and encourage residents to submit service requests so our team and pest control vendor can address any issues promptly. If these items are not reported in as work orders we do not know you have an issue, then you become responsible for reporting and any damages incurred. Billing and utility charges are posted to the resident portal as they are received, and residents ...can review their account ledger there at any time. We appreciate the feedback and are always happy to review any concerns directly with residents who reach out to our office.

January 26, 2026The amenities here are very well managed, especially the clubhouse, as there have been some upgrades made since I moved in. The apartments themselves are nice for student housing and have renovated options. Noise and some of the people driving in and out are the only things that aren't always great; speeding can get bad, and some neighboring apartments play loud music outside their apartment from a speaker, and it can be heard clearly from the top floors.Review from Apartments.com

December 26, 2025I haven’t had the best experience at the ridge but I guess others have. They are trying. I like the new staff at the leasing office. Maintenance is doing better than before. Still can’t wait to leave the ridge.Review from Apartments.com
