January 3, 2026Pet parents don’t pick up after their pets and you see poop every where on your dog walks . They aren’t cleaned. The poop bags aren’t replaced yet and it’s been weeks now. The carpets and elevators need deep cleaning. The maintenance staff and front office folks are very nice though and the apartment is close to most big box stores.Review from Apartments.com

December 5, 2025We got new furniture and a better upgraded coffee machine recently. New TV’s and remotes. The staff has been working hard to make sure this place is fully operational. It’s fun to watch. I used to do property management and I know it’s a lot of work so for me to be the customer instead of the employee. It’s enjoyable. The Christmas trees are also a welcome vibe to the lobby. I would like to see perhaps a better dumbbell rack installed in the gym as the old pyramid one is a bad design. Perhaps ...a normal flat rack would be much safer and nicer. And also maybe get a remote for the tvs in the gym so we can watch sports. ( those are not complaints, just ideas) Things are looking good.Property Manager Responded
