July 1, 2025We just moved here and it has been such a great place to live! The pool is great now that it is summer and every day is so hot. The apartment interior is very nice for the price range. June 25, 2025I wish I could give Ridge at Robinsion 4 1/2 stars vs. a flat 4 because I truly do love living here! I can confidently say that I've seen improvements in my living experience since I first moved in. - My unit is beautiful, spacious and welcoming (with amazing natural sunlight). - The amenities (pool, gym, common spaces, walking paths, etc.) are also top tier. - Maintenance used to be a bit slow but now... next-day or same-day service. No complaints! The building will happily replace broken ...appliances. My two pieces of constructive feedback: - The building should 100% hold residents more accountable when leaving trash out on the weekends. It can get quite smelly in the hallways... - The mail organization system is also a bit disorganized. I wish residents got package notifications and packages were more organized in the mail room.
