January 22, 2026I absolutely love this apartment complex. The area is beautiful and it’s so quiet and peaceful! On the plus side, I’m right around everything like grocery stores and shopping center’s! Everyone is so friendly as well in passing! My property manager, Bella, was so helpful and patient with me during my move in. No matter how many questions I asked, she never made me feel like a bother, and always went above and beyond. January 11, 2026We encountered a few hiccups after moving in, however, everyone was responsive and welcoming. We moved from Michigan and were debating on which community to join. Ultimately, we settled on Ridge at Rolling Hills due to the distance between my job and my S/O. We saw the pictures online, but once we moved in - we were extremely happy with our choice. January 3, 2026Apartments are a five star. Very new, updated, and everything works great. But you can hear the people and pets above you a lot. Maybe they're just stompers, but the large dog races around playing and it sounds like a herd of claws and hooves stomping everywhere. Plus you hear the big rope toy or kong dropping all the time. If it wasn't for that annoyance it wound be a five star experience all day.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2025Phenomenal experience here at Rolling Hills so far. From customer service to their maintenance team. All go above & beyond. I wish there was an option to opt out of specific services like valet trash (I take my own trash out) and the cost of a garage could be a little lower.
