GREAT APARTMENTS AND STAFF
August 22, 2016I moved here a year ago and just renewed my lease for another term. The Staff has been great. The Apartment units themselves are clean, modern and everything works. The property is well maintained and any issues are taken care of immediately. I originally leased because RIDGEGATE Apartments were close to my school. MMI (motorcycle mechanics institute). After visiting a few of my friends I realized that the Apartments were a great choice for the comfort and conveniences they offer. Pool, Gym ...and Security. September 29, 2015Recently just moved from Michigan with my fiance and so far we are very pleased. This is our first place together and we really like it here. The location is great, everything is really close. The complex is nice and clean. Pool is great and so far everyone we have met has been really nice. We feel safe as it is in a gated community. September 29, 2015I really love it here. They keep the grounds nice. Keep the pool clean. Washer and dryer in the units. Office staff are very friendly. Mostly quiet. When something needs to be done; maintainence gets right on it. July 20, 2015Ridgegate Apts is close to shopping areas, many dining restaurants, and only about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. The common areas are well maintained. The complex has a nice pool and spa with outdoor grilling areas, lawn chairs and tables. Overall the place is pretty quiet, except the motorcycle institute across the street. You're sure to hear the students leave on their bikes in the evenings like clockwork. Nice place to live though.Review from Apartments.com
