Every time I report a maintenance issue to the office I get told it will be fixed. Never happens!

Management is terrible, they do "pest sprays" almost monthly, sometimes bimonthly, as a guise to look at everyone's apartments. The maintenance guys are just awful at their jobs and the manager neglects repairs that end up costing residents more for utilities. They will enter your house without notice and not leave when asked to. Do not move here, and if you do lawyer up because this place would be a goldmine if you were inclined to be predatory.

This apartment is in a great neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The courtyard is well maintained and the owners and staff have done a number of upgrades to the buildings. There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard with lounge chairs right next to the laundry room which has been completely redone. The apartments are large with walk in closets and first floor apartments have private backyards. I have been here two years and have seen what has been put into this complex. It is a ...
