My First "Home"
December 19, 2025I lived at Ridgedale Manor for three years, just me and my dog. It's in a great area with access to most things you can think of. The ladies at the office, Krystin, Karen, and Karina (hopefully I spelled their names right!) were all very helpful and friendly. The maintenance workers were also great and they did good work. I could walk my dog at night and I never felt unsafe. Everyone I met who also lived there was very nice and there are lots of dog lovers. Love this place
November 18, 2025The neighborhood is great, quiet and peaceful. I've lived here for 6 years now, recently moved from an apartment to a townhouse and they are really. really nice and spacious. The leasing office makes sure to take care of issues in a timely manner and is always willing to work with you on times maintenance can come to fix anything if needed, (especially with pets which is super appreciated). Maintenance seems super short staffed but they make sure to do things in a timely manner and are super ...friendly and helpful! They never leave you hanging when things are urgent. I recommend this place to people whenever they mention moving, and have convinced two people I know to become residents here as well. In the apartments, the walls are thick enough where you do NOT hear people (unless you're in the mutual hallway but who is really hanging out in the hallway?). Karen at the leasing office is always super friendly and will make sure to reach out to you when it comes to making sure any maintenance issues have been completed.
