I have lived at Ridgedale Townhomes for 2.5 years. The office manager Kristina is great. She communicates and gets things taken care of. When I have had any maintenance request, I submit them online and it seems Tim and his crew are knocking on my door a few minutes later. This is a great place to live for the money!

I would highly recommend Ridgedale Townhomes! I have lived here for the past three years! The manager, Kristina was wonderful and a great manager! Maintenance was great also! I would be renewing my lease again if I was not moving out of town! Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Ridgedale. I am super impressed with the unit! It is perfect and quite and quaint! Kristin, the manager, is absolutely amazing and attentive to all requests before and after my move. Maintenance is quick and does a great job!!! Love, Love, Love my new townhome!!! I lived in Ridgedale Townhomes for 3 years. The handful of minor repairs during that time were always promptly fixed. I honestly have no complaints and enjoyed my time there. Had I not purchased my first home I would still be a resident. I can’t thank Kristina and Tim enough for making my time there enjoyable

Sad experience 2006 to 2007

Signed a 9 month lease. First three months were great, but then new neighbors moved in next to us. The next six months consisted of being woke up in the middle of the night to their parties, loud arguments, and drug activity. After going to management many times with the hope that something would be done we left at the end of the lease because management did nothing at all. Management got to keep the tenants they preferred. This forced us to seek out our first house and the house ended up being ...

the same square footage as this townhome and the mortgage payment was the same as the rent. We ended up moving to Fountain City and loved it there. I believe we would have extended the lease had we not had this bad experience. I would say as advice to ask questions prior to moving in, but even in our case it is tough to know what will happen months after you move in.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The townhouses are a great value for the price, especially in this area. Maintenance always responded quickly when we had an issue. Neighbors were friendly. The only issues we ever had were with people drinking and smoking at/in the pool every weekend while children were trying to swim, but no place is perfect and the office can’t be open 24/7 to police it. We relocated to Knox from another state. Christina, the leasing agent, could not have been more helpful. After arriving, we found everything exactly as described. The townhouse was in great condition on move in. We've had a couple of small issues and one big issue. All were handled VERY promptly, with courtesy and professionalism. Our water heater went out and Tim was here within 20 minutes of making the request. We've never been in a rental with such attentive service.

As a single woman, looking for a safe home is hard to do. I found Ridgedale to be easily accessible and safe. I always felt comfortable and knew I could easily enlist help. Ridgedale is not only quiet but convenient to EVERYTHING. Target, Hobby Lobby, multiple restaurants are not even 5 minutes away, Turkey Creek only being 15 minutes max. West Town is even closer than Turkey Creek. I think it would be hard to find a better/safer deal with the type of access Ridgedale offers. I have personally ...

Better Grounds Keeping

The neighborhood is great, very quiet and nice. The only real problem I have is with the lawn care crew. When they cut the grass, they just leave the clippings on the ground and on the patios. They don't clean up after themselves and the residents are the ones who have to clean up the grass clippings off their patios. I just don't think this is right, you make the mess, you clean the mess.
