  • Poor Maintenance, Unsafe Living Conditions, and Unprofessional Staff

    I’ve had one of the most frustrating living experiences at this apartment complex. Since move-in, the AC has never worked reliably. My unit regularly reached indoor temperatures of 80–90°F, even with multiple maintenance requests. During the summer, this became unbearable and unsafe. To make matters worse, broken AC—even during peak summer months—is not considered an emergency by the management, no matter how high the indoor temperatures get. The circuit breakers would also trip constantly when ...
    using basic appliances, sometimes just a fan and microwave at the same time. These electrical issues were never properly resolved, despite repeated reports. Some of the office staff were also unprofessional and dismissive when I followed up. I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously, even when they directly affected livability and safety. I’ve since submitted my 60-day notice and requested an early lease termination. If you decide to move here, make sure to thoroughly check that your AC, appliances, and electrical system are all working. Document everything from the start, and don’t rely on management to respond urgently.

  • Horrible Management and Treatment/Service

    Resident Treatment/Services are beyond awful. I couldn’t wait for the end of my lease. Also they make up extra charges out of nowhere and if you are lucky you might get your security deposit back.

  • don’t do it!!

    Do NOT live at ridgeline at canton… I have had SO MANY issues. I haven’t had a working door in 7 months… trash including random mattresses all over the grounds for months… cat litter was just hardened to my floor upon move in…. So gross here.

  • Would not recommend to live here

    When we first moved here we noticed that we didn’t receive a welcome packet on important things like how to submit renters insurance. Also, we never got our patio light maintenance request fulfilled so we had to go out and getting hanging lights just so we can see at night what outside . When needing to contact the office , we never get an answer. When putting maintenance request orders in, it takes more then. 2 weeks to fulfill especially something as simple as a new door knob. And if it takes ...
    longer, we would have to go to the office physically! To remind them and then at that point it gets handled . The garbage area is horrible . In our unit, there are old tenants belongs still in the storage unit, so we have not been able to store our own belongs .

  • Worth living here just to leave

    Me and my roommate lived here for almost three years with every month only getting worse, less responsive, and full of fake promises. The owners put more effort into setting up new flower beds outside than even attempting to fix things that took months to even get looked at (i.e. a stove that won't ignite, a bathroom fan that only worked for one month, water damage). We were almost Evicted in December because we “never paid November’s rent” even tho we had just paid December’s rent and ...
    (obviously, a month later) had already paid November’s. I had family live in an apartment here 25 years ago and say the same thing, I thought if it was that long ago it must've changed or gotten better, It certainly has not. I'm now leasing a 3 bedroom HOUSE for the same monthly rent as a broken apartment where nothing got fixed. My landlord lives in Texas and has been more responsive in minutes than the entire leasing office had been in months. The weight that’s been taken off my shoulders from leaving that complex is astounding.

    My initial overall experience with the office staff started out extremely well. I was greeted well and had an amazing tour of the model unit. This initial visit was what made me want to become a tenant. It was not until after I was approved and accepted a lease that my experience spiraled for the worst. I have not had a great experience at all in my short time here. I am already looking forward to the end of my lease and currently not looking to extend after my year is up unless there are some ...

    Nice and friendly leasing staff until you move-in or until you follow-up to get the issues addressed. To keep them friendly you should be ready to wait for months to get issues addressed. Friendly maintenance team who are quite busy/over loaded to complete one unit which they start. Be ready to welcome them in your unit for months to get the issues addressed

    I moved in and had no problem the roads are fixed I haven’t seen trash piled up and everybody in the office is so nice and patient. If I put a work order in, it get fixed almost immediately.

    Great community. Moved in here a month ago. So far great experience. The new management is great, people are helpful in the community center. Maintenance is prompt. Major concern is the washer and dryer cleanliness in the basement of the building. The club house is not useful as of now. Gym equipment must be fixed, pool table/ping pong table should be added for the residents.
