Unpopular Tell the truth

I am writing this review to provide an honest account of my experience and to encourage management to ensure its website accurately reflects the property's current conditions and available amenities.
Since new management took over, residents have been encouraged to leave Google reviews to improve the property's rating. While requesting reviews is understandable, prospective residents also deserve accurate and transparent information before signing a lease.
Several advertised amenities remain ...
unavailable. The swimming pool has been closed under the last three management companies and residents have been informed it will not open this year. Other advertised amenities, including the clubhouse, co-working space, and theater room, are also inaccessible. When amenities are unavailable for extended periods, rental rates should reflect the reduced value being provided.
Although the tennis court is well maintained, the overall property upkeep needs improvement. There are too few dumpsters for a community of this size, resulting in overflowing trash, unpleasant odors, and potential pest concerns. Grounds maintenance is also inconsistent, with weeds growing around many townhomes and little evidence of routine landscaping.
I understand that management transitions take time and that improvements cannot happen overnight. However, residents deserve honest communication, realistic timelines, and sufficient staffing to maintain the property and provide quality customer service.
Management acts quickly when rent payments are overdue, and residents should reasonably expect the same level of urgency when it comes to maintenance, property upkeep, and delivering the amenities advertised. Accountability should exist on both sides of the lease agreement. My hope is that management will address these concerns with transparency and make the improvements necessary to provide residents with the community they were promised.

We had a great experience with Duaa helping us find a place here we love. The first unit she showed us was already taken but she helped find us one we loved even more. They waived the security deposit, plan to give us our keys on a Friday, and we are quite happy with our experience so far. We were nervous with having new management but I have high hopes and Duaa has been a great contact to have! I highly suggest you ask for her!

The young lady who helped me was fine, but the young girl at the desk with her was not professional. Not safe,will ghost you

I lived at this complex for 2.5 years. In January I made the decision to break my lease early and move out due to safety issues in the complex. I paid the fees associated with early move out and was advised I would be getting back my security deposit within 30 days of my leave. It’s now been 60 days and management has switched over and claim they have no idea how to get me back my $700 dollars. I feel very cheated and scammed.

tragically shot and killed in her building. The management team did nothing to commemorate her or bring attention to the tragic accident. Instead they threw a leasing party the next weekend to distract from the tragedy. Additionally, weeks later I was on a walk with my dog and quite literally walked into a raid with 8 police cars with their guns drawn 30 feet from me. The complex again ignored, did not educate or give any info on the matter.

On February 6, 2026, my girlfriend and I signed a lease agreement with a move-in date of March 20, 2026. At the time of signing, we were informed that any promotional offers for March would be applied to our lease prior to our move-in date since our move-in fell within that month.
Based on this agreement, we began preparing for our move. We purchased several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture, canceled our current lease obligations, and made other arrangements in ...

On March 1, 2026, we attempted to contact the leasing office to confirm the March promotions. However, all phone lines for the property had been disconnected. After multiple failed attempts to reach the office, my girlfriend visited the property in person and was informed that the property had been sold and was now under new management.
Since then, the new management has refused to honor the lease agreement we signed and instead demanded that we reapply for the apartment under new terms. This has placed us in a very difficult position after we made significant financial and personal decisions based on the signed lease.
Additionally, our interactions with the new management have been very unprofessional. A staff member named Zainab has been particularly rude and dismissive when we attempted to discuss the issue and seek clarification.
We are requesting an explanation as to why our signed lease agreement is not being honored and what steps will be taken to resolve this matter.

I’ve had one of the most frustrating living experiences at this apartment complex. Since move-in, the AC has never worked reliably. My unit regularly reached indoor temperatures of 80–90°F, even with multiple maintenance requests. During the summer, this became unbearable and unsafe.
To make matters worse, broken AC—even during peak summer months—is not considered an emergency by the management, no matter how high the indoor temperatures get. The circuit breakers would also trip constantly when ...
using basic appliances, sometimes just a fan and microwave at the same time. These electrical issues were never properly resolved, despite repeated reports.
Some of the office staff were also unprofessional and dismissive when I followed up. I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously, even when they directly affected livability and safety.
I’ve since submitted my 60-day notice and requested an early lease termination.
If you decide to move here, make sure to thoroughly check that your AC, appliances, and electrical system are all working. Document everything from the start, and don’t rely on management to respond urgently.

Resident Treatment/Services are beyond awful. I couldn’t wait for the end of my lease. Also they make up extra charges out of nowhere and if you are lucky you might get your security deposit back.

Do NOT live at ridgeline at canton… I have had SO MANY issues. I haven’t had a working door in 7 months… trash including random mattresses all over the grounds for months… cat litter was just hardened to my floor upon move in…. So gross here.

When we first moved here we noticed that we didn’t receive a welcome packet on important things like how to submit renters insurance. Also, we never got our patio light maintenance request fulfilled so we had to go out and getting hanging lights just so we can see at night what outside . When needing to contact the office , we never get an answer. When putting maintenance request orders in, it takes more then. 2 weeks to fulfill especially something as simple as a new door knob. And if it takes ...
