Horrible Experience
March 5, 2026To Whom It May Concern, On February 6, 2026, my girlfriend and I signed a lease agreement with a move-in date of March 20, 2026. At the time of signing, we were informed that any promotional offers for March would be applied to our lease prior to our move-in date since our move-in fell within that month. Based on this agreement, we began preparing for our move. We purchased several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture, canceled our current lease obligations, and made other arrangements in ...reliance on the lease we had signed. On March 1, 2026, we attempted to contact the leasing office to confirm the March promotions. However, all phone lines for the property had been disconnected. After multiple failed attempts to reach the office, my girlfriend visited the property in person and was informed that the property had been sold and was now under new management. Since then, the new management has refused to honor the lease agreement we signed and instead demanded that we reapply for the apartment under new terms. This has placed us in a very difficult position after we made significant financial and personal decisions based on the signed lease. Additionally, our interactions with the new management have been very unprofessional. A staff member named Zainab has been particularly rude and dismissive when we attempted to discuss the issue and seek clarification. Poor Maintenance, Unsafe Living Conditions, and Unprofessional Staff
June 24, 2025I’ve had one of the most frustrating living experiences at this apartment complex. Since move-in, the AC has never worked reliably. My unit regularly reached indoor temperatures of 80–90°F, even with multiple maintenance requests. During the summer, this became unbearable and unsafe. To make matters worse, broken AC—even during peak summer months—is not considered an emergency by the management, no matter how high the indoor temperatures get. The circuit breakers would also trip constantly when ...using basic appliances, sometimes just a fan and microwave at the same time. These electrical issues were never properly resolved, despite repeated reports. Some of the office staff were also unprofessional and dismissive when I followed up. I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously, even when they directly affected livability and safety. I’ve since submitted my 60-day notice and requested an early lease termination. If you decide to move here, make sure to thoroughly check that your AC, appliances, and electrical system are all working. don’t do it!!

Would not recommend to live here
December 11, 2023When we first moved here we noticed that we didn’t receive a welcome packet on important things like how to submit renters insurance. Also, we never got our patio light maintenance request fulfilled so we had to go out and getting hanging lights just so we can see at night what outside . When needing to contact the office , we never get an answer. When putting maintenance request orders in, it takes more then. 2 weeks to fulfill especially something as simple as a new door knob. And if it takes ...longer, we would have to go to the office physically! To remind them and then at that point it gets handled . The garbage area is horrible . Worth living here just to leave
September 30, 2023Me and my roommate lived here for almost three years with every month only getting worse, less responsive, and full of fake promises. The owners put more effort into setting up new flower beds outside than even attempting to fix things that took months to even get looked at (i.e. a stove that won't ignite, a bathroom fan that only worked for one month, water damage). We were almost Evicted in December because we “never paid November’s rent” even tho we had just paid December’s rent and ...(obviously, a month later) had already paid November’s. I had family live in an apartment here 25 years ago and say the same thing, I thought if it was that long ago it must've changed or gotten better, It certainly has not. I'm now leasing a 3 bedroom HOUSE for the same monthly rent as a broken apartment where nothing got fixed. My landlord lives in Texas and has been more responsive in minutes than the entire leasing office had been in months. October 18, 2022My initial overall experience with the office staff started out extremely well. I was greeted well and had an amazing tour of the model unit. This initial visit was what made me want to become a tenant. It was not until after I was approved and accepted a lease that my experience spiraled for the worst.
