Small But Nice

I have lived in this apartment complex going on my 3rd year here and this apartment is in a surprisingly quiet area even though it is right off of 2 busy streets (Alpine and East State). If maintenance is ever needed, service calls are answered quickly. Neighbors are nice. It's a nice area to live.

For the most part any challenges I faced with the apartment were taken care of immediately by the property manager. Also conviently next to State street, which means you're right next to many restaurants and shops. The one major concern was that in my first year I noticed random strangers would knock on my door but in my 2nd year I did not noticed that.

I've lived here for a year and love it. Maintenance and staff are super friendly and good at communicating. If you have an issue, they are on it! There are occasional police sirens since Alpine and State Street are right there, but it's not bad. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

The apartment has a private entrance and assigned parking spaces which are both very convenient. I lived alone and it felt like the perfect amount of space. Even though I experienced some minor issues, I would just notify management and the response was always very timely. Overall a cozy place with very helpful and responsive management!

I’m only leaving because I’m getting married soon and need a larger, dog-friendly place, but i would definitely recommend them. I’ve been there for about 3 years and have rarely had an issue. In terms of finding an affordable place to live in a good area of Rockford, this is really a great place.

This was my first apartment..Lived here from 2009-2013 it's a really nice place to live. Nice and cozy,nice area, loved the private entrance, the amenities, the only downfall is the rent, its a bit much for the space.
