These pictures are NOT what you will be seeing when you live here! This place had about 5 different managers and leasing companies every year! Never a good sign! The area is also not well maintained. People there don't have any regards for neighbors or the complex in general. Always weed smoking, roaches everywhere, loud music from next door neighbors, people not cleaning up after their dogs, and the list goes on. Over priced apartments , gates never work and are always broken, gate code doesn’t even work so if you have a guest they can’t come in, homeless people are all around close to the gates very unsafe and I’ve seen the homeless people in the garbage as well . It is not a luxury apartment like they claim it is . Always had maintenance coming for the dryer , sink and central AC. When it was winter time the heater wouldn’t work and they would come “fix it” but it would stop working after a few days . ...
The entire summer they had the pool closed so my kids couldn’t even go inthey said it was for “maintenance” but we would pass by almost everyday to check and there was never any “maintenance” going on. Over priced move some where its worth it . This place is not it

Management is great. They are always friendly kind and helpful. Love Meagan, Caroline and all the office staff. Maintenance is great and friendly. Usually repairs are done the same day as request or the next day.
Meagan is very good at her job and managing her team. She has lots of respect from me especially during this covid crisis.

I love it here at Ridgeview though we are living some uncertainty terrified times our office staff has remain very kindhearted, polite friendly towards the tenant our maintenance team though no matter how overloaded they get some how manage to get the job done the landscape is very well maintain.
