November 23, 2025Over priced apartments , gates never work and are always broken, gate code doesn’t even work so if you have a guest they can’t come in, homeless people are all around close to the gates very unsafe and I’ve seen the homeless people in the garbage as well . It is not a luxury apartment like they claim it is . Always had maintenance coming for the dryer , sink and central AC. When it was winter time the heater wouldn’t work and they would come “fix it” but it would stop working after a few days . ...The entire summer they had the pool closed so my kids couldn’t even go inthey said it was for “maintenance” but we would pass by almost everyday to check and there was never any “maintenance” going on. Over priced move some where its worth it . This place is not itProperty Manager Responded

Usually repairs are done the same day as request or the next day. Meagan is very good at her job and managing her team. April 7, 2022Ive enjoyed living at Ridgeview apartments. The apartments are clean and well kept. The playground could use an update but its still clean and maintenance team are awesome. They are great with their follow ups and communication with the office has improved. Neighbors are mindful of others around them and we have no issues with roaches or pests, which is nice. Considering apartment prices are competitive at this time Im glad we went with Ridgeview.Review from Apartments.com
