July 16, 2021I hate it here, I mean I really hate it here!!! They have water bugs for one, for two the apartments are patched up, they don’t actually fix things and for 3 the paint job in the actual apartment is awful, my toddler could've done a better job. The staffing office is so lazy, If I could afford to break my lease, trust me I would!! Save yourself the headache and actually find an apartment that’s worth your hard earned money. Very poor maintenance service and constant high management turnover!
June 19, 2019Its 94 degrees outside and my apartment is 82 degrees! The a/c is on 71 degrees. It's not working still! My original a/c issue was in April 2019 hear it is June 2019. I've gotten poor excuses and maintenance crew are very incompetent. I've filed a maintenance job after maintenance job, over four maintenance issues about this same exact issue! At this point, I'm fed up and will be filing a formal complaint! This is completely unacceptable!Property Manager Responded

I love Ridgeview Place!!
January 17, 2019Me and my family have lived at Ridgeview for the last year and a half. Might I say our time living here has been wonderful. Our new management company has taken great care of this property and are taking steps in the right direction. They don’t care about their residents
January 7, 2019I been living at Ridgeview place for 2 1/2 years I have battled a bug infestation asking for them to come do an extermination they came twice and I still had bugs. They started towing randomly and cost me 300 dollars they force you to get a parking pass everyday for your visitors and they don’t take in consideration that their residents work hours that don’t allow us to get the parking permits. The rent steady increase but they don’t give us a incentive for being a loyal resident we paying extra ...for the same amenities. I will not be renewing my lease here until they fix this parking situation. It’s extremely inconvenient for all involved.Property Manager Responded

AMAZING!!! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
May 1, 2017I went to Ridgeview Place this weekend apartment hunting. Already stressed out and disappointed by what I had already seen so far that day and in past weeks, just driving into the division was refreshing. As soon as I walked into the leasing office (which was beautiful by the way) I was greated by Ashley. She was so welcoming and the reception was inviting, clean and modern. I was shown a similar model to the one I was interested in (as they didn't have it available at that time) and fell in ...love! The apartments and grounds were beautiful, clean and quiet. Ashley was professional, friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had, and believe me I had many as this is a huge life changing decision for me. As I was using the computers (available to residents as well as free coffee and drinks)to print out some of my paperwork and I had the opportunity to speak with an actual resident. She had nothing but great things to say about the community and management! I prayed and applied for the model I wanted, site unseen. Absolute Nightmare. DO NOT RENT!
April 21, 2016We moved in when it was under a different management company. The new management has been nothing but rude, extremely difficult to get in contact with (office closed at random hours, 0/7 answered or returned phone calls, no response via email either), our apartment was infested with bed bugs, false advertising such as the "dog park"; it just a giant concrete slab with a torn down chain-link fence around it, and overall an absolute nightmare. Not Satisfied
March 8, 2016The Apartment that I moved into was the Woodland Ridge Apartments. That was taken over by The Ridgeview Place Apartments. The pictures and add shows new looking buildings and rooms. And they are not new. The water takes at least 15-20 min to get Lukewarm,and don't get hot at all. The AC needs to get re-charged about every 3-4 weeks. None of the apartments have their own water heaters. They have a bug problem that they claim to have under control, but don't. The workers there lie and tell you they ...are working to fix an issue, that you report, and they are not. They charge you to use a super small work out room. I will not be renewing my lease here. If you are out looking for a place to live. Avoid Ridgeview Place. And by the way, if your one day late with the rent. You will get a eviction know twice on your door. I envoke my 1st amendment, The right to freedom of speech ,about my experience, as shown in this comment.Property Manager Responded

Not worth 12 months
July 22, 2015We all know there have been times where our place of employment have changed or there have been unforeseen circumstances where we've need an extra week for rent on a tight budget hoping our leasing apartments understand. Well unless you are sure you can have it done and can see into the future this is not the place for you. The ladies in the office are a direct representation of what you expect. One of the girls even lives here and will tell you just that. They say don't judge a book by its cover ...however, if lack of appearance (attire) are not included pay attention. Gate are not guaranteed to work so don't count on gated community. The roads are full of potholes and the year that I've been here i have yet to see one ounce of reconstruction. My mother fell ill of cancer in Dec 14. After i notified the office my rent would be late not only did they make it appear that for me making them aware the late fees will be stopped but they hit me with a notice that i had 3 days to pay $375 dollars or eviction will be filed after calling them they began to bargain with me as if the price was right. This is my last month here and i am proud to say I AM HAPPY! No more bugs through the fireplace no more yes we'll be there to spray and here it is end of lease and knock knock and LASTLY i had a cookout my brother came brought girlfriends dog HIT with a $300.00 fine dogs are not allowed to visit PERIOD! Happy Staying! Oh yeah and if you think your water is cut off its not...just periodically goes in and out must be routed to the water show in Vegas.Property Manager Responded

Cozy Suburb Living, Without the Suburb Price
July 30, 2015This building is great for people who want to get the suburban feeling, without committing to a house or townhome. With various restaurants and shopping options like Tom Thumb, Kroger, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and even independent health food stores nearby - especially since the apartment is located near Las Colinas - living in this location is incredibly helpful. If you have children the bus route travels in the neighborhood and every school morning you will find parents walking their children ...to the school bus. Unlike other apartments around this area, it has two pools - a main office one and another that is next to the laundry room and is very active during the summer time. The gym room is also pretty special, for all of the health and fitness individuals. This place is great for really feeling at home without paying a lot for the suburb home price.Property Manager Responded
