Overall my experience living here has been great. Other than the electrical on a couple buildings but it’s being fixed! The staff has always been welcoming, and respectful. The residents are quiet but can be hard at night for parking. Overall great complex

Minor things that could be better. Overall. Great place and I would recommend these apartments to someone. One pitfall is the train if that kind of noise bothers you but in my opinion it grows on you.

Beautiful area and very safe! The apartment itself was super clean upon move in and in great shape for new residents like us! I had 2 doors that needed to be adjusted upon move in and they were done within the day! Very thankful for this maintenance staff already!

Maintenance closed our work order without even coming by. Which sucks but it wasn’t a super big problem. And the pool closes a lot and they don’t email out that it’s open again. But it’s clean and the apartments are cute. High ceilings which are nice. The people I’ve met so far have been nice.

From the staff to maintenance, it makes living here enjoyable and stress free. Maintenance always completes orders in timely manner when a problem comes about. Staff is friendly, professional and personable. Love that the apartments are located in the middle of everything. Well kept grounds and quiet, but always people walking because it feels safe!
