Staff is friendly, professional and personable. Love that the apartments are located in the middle of everything. June 3, 2025The staff is very up to date with policies, they are quick to answer the phone and respond when emergency’s or power goes out. The community is pretty quiet other than the train at night but you get used to it.Property Manager Responded

May 17, 2025We’ve lived at Ridgeview Northgate for nearly two years. We really enjoy the place and the team of office and maintenance work very well together and are very responsive to residents. The apartments are well appointed, the property is maintained consistently and the amenities are good. It’s the extra steps the admin team make that helps set Ridgeview apart from knowing residents by name, themed parties, and recognizing residents in unique and fun ways.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2025Application is a pain to get done, but once in it’s no issues. Office staff are amazing! Kevin is so personable and approachable and always has a smile on his face! Very welcoming here. Beautiful property with lots of safe walking areas. It’s located in the middle of everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy, but spacious with of storage space. The noise from upstairs isn’t too bad and you don’t hear anything outside except the train that comes through and ...that’s not bad at all as far as noise wise.
