I have lived at Ridgewalk apartments now entering our third year
Vanessa our Manager leads an office that is very friendly and welcoming, I never feel that I am a bother to them & they patiently help this old guy through my lack of internet skills.
Miguel our Maintenance Mgr is amazing! We had an apartment above us overflow a tub & it was raining on us at 2AM. Miguel was there in minutes & stayed with us the entire night overseeing professional cleaners & repairing damage.
Miguel & Devon can ...
be seen on holidays attempting to keep our aging trash compacter caught up, as well as our gates. Both of these men have such great communication & customer service skills.

Not very empathetic

As a resident who has never had issue i am very displeased and upset on how the new apartment manager handled my concern. She was no empathetic at all, i can understand she may deal with rude residents but when I'm being respectful and explaining a situation i expect a property manager to show concern and try and help. I did not get that. I got cold shoulder, standoffish and a non empathetic energy from the new apartment manager Vanessa. I am a very polite person, very respectful thats how i was ...
raised, but when i called to see why i owe 81 dollars when i paid my rent in full, i was rudely told i payed on the 6th. I explained that my payment was not going thru the night before , they portal just kept loading and loading saying error and not taking my payment. I tried my payment again a few hours later around 7am that morning, payment went thru. But since my payment was not processing with the portal. I am at fault. I asked if i could have it waived but she rudely responded with i paid a day late not even caring about why i didn’t make the payment the night before. I don’t believe managers should handle residence in that manor especially when i am being very polite. I have contacted corporate in this matter and I'm waiting to hear back. Maybe someone in corporate can understand with a better tone and have empathy for a respectful resident.

Live here for 3 years. Black mold was growing all over our apartment, bugs everywhere, loud neighbors, never any parking, and dog crap all over the place. The leasing office was rude to us every time we had to talk to them, even though we were never late on rent and always picked up after our pets. You be desperate for a place to live, but trust me and keep looking.
My cat almost died because of the mold.

AGPM's standard customer attractions and amenities.
This gated community is inclusive of spacious apartment living, up-to-date appliances and a garden tub in every master. Ridgewalk is a professionally landscaped community that includes a playground for the kids, a BBQ picnic area and a tennis court! Might I add that Ridgewalk’s modern clubhouse campus also includes a work station, a gym, a gigantic pool, annnnnnnnnnd,.. a basketball court. That’s right, a BASKETBALL COURT!
More importantly, one of AGPM’s most outstanding employee’s is their Property Manager, Ms. Dee, at AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments in Woodstock, GA. Each time that I've visited the leasing office, I've always seen just how hard Ms. Dee works to make sure that, not just their prospective renters, but ALL of her guests are taken care of and that were all happy with our choice to stay at Ridgewalk Apartments. It is really quite refreshing to see someone who is genuinely happy to do great job at servicing others whilst also making a great example for her team. The level of customer service, Ms. Dee consistent level of customer service is rarely seen these days, let alone in the real estate management environment where personnel are historically only excited to see potential renters..
I'm really not sure where you all found her but I'd strongly suggest that you all do what you can to keep her. Her professionalism, efficiency and follow-thru levels are golden & should be recognized and treasured. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. We lived here for about a year and a half before we broke our lease early due to job relocation. We understood that to do so, we had to give a 60 day notice and pay an additional month's rent for breaking the lease. We followed this process, however, I had months and months of headache dealing with the front office. They told me that they misplaced my money, then accused me of lying and it was like pulling teeth trying ...

I have never dealt with such ignorance and shadiness in a business. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them. The apartments were not worth the money, either. They failed to keep up with maintenance. However, we stuck it out as long as we did until we found something else. As residents, we always followed the rules, made payments on time and thought we had good relations with the staff. I am extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated with the way our situation has been handled.

new outlets shops are walking distance and pretty much everything I need is right there! It's gated which makes us feel safe and the pool and gym are awesome! There's even a side room so my boys can play while i get my workout in! The little play ground is perfect and my 1 year old could spend hours just running around there. We live in a two bedroom two bath with a sunroom! We thought it would be too small but when they showed us it was perfect! The rooms are very spacious and there's lots of storage space everywhere! The bathrooms are huge and the tubs are perfect for end of the day bubble baths! I am very satisfied with my finding on apartments.com!
