Great place to live
May 12, 2019I LOVED living at Ridgeway. Cindy is the best, and so is James who works on the weekends. The staff is so helpful and really go out of their way for you. It is safe and we never had any issues with neighbors or noise or anything like that. I would have continued staying and renewed my lease if the rent didn’t go up so much. If I ever am able to move back, I surely would!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible old apartments
March 15, 2019Apartment complex is very old you can hear everything through the walls. Things are always breaking and falling apart. We are assigned a parking spot ours is always being taking or is blocked by u hauls ect to the point I was actually late to work due to this. Living here has made me absolutely miserable I’m actually seeing my doc for stress issues realted to no sleep ect from living here. These apartments are no where near worth what they charge for rent!Review from Apartments.com
Loud and filthy common areas
April 3, 2018Their "carefree" lifestyle seams to mean that management does not care about noisy tenants playing music with doors open, drinking in common areas, and leaving their empties behind. At least that's what seems to be the case in my friend's part of the complex. Apparently complaints to management are met with, "that's their right." Not sure public drunkenness and littering are a right, but if you think so, this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
