For an apartment I really like it !

I moved in in May of 2019. My apartment was very clean. I love the high ceilings and the paneled doors. I love the side by side fridge and the giant microwave. I love the mirrors in the bathrooms. I love the granite countertops. I love the cement floors. Also so far, and I’m in the middle of summer #2, my air conditioning has been awesome. No problems yet with hot water. Maintenance is great. I don’t like the fact that they raised my rent $15 dollars when I renewed my lease. But seriously ...
that’s pretty much it in terms of complaints . The apartment is relatively quiet as far as apartments go. My neighbors are nice. I’ve lucked out so far and haven’t had any who blast their music. Parking is fine . Oh I do have a complaint about parking. The parking isnt covered. And if you want to park where there is covered parking, you have to pay $35 a month. So two complaints. That’s it .

Absolutely Horrible

Parking is terrible. If you come in after 5 pm there is not a parking spot in site. Apartment was not clean when we moved in. Blinds were destroyed and still are after being here 6 months..they never have shown up to fix it. There are terrible pot holes all through out the parking lot that haven’t been fixed. The bathrooms stink randomly of sewage. The sinks do not drain either. These are not luxury. Kids party every weekend and cause a lot of chaos, to the point where the kids are peeing off ...
the third story balcony and nothing is done about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I could go on and on about this place.

Not Luxury

I've been here 8 months and no fence or gate was put up as promised. The apartments aren't sealed so everything from outside comes in (bugs, sand, rain, etc). The dog parks are mediocre at best and no one picks up after their pets. If you have a top apartment they go in through your closet and leave a mess of insulation when they leave. The office assistants can not multi-task. Even if you are there just to pick up a package which takes one second to do. They are just average apartments. Haven't ...
