good price good service
February 26, 2017for the 20 plus years i have been around this place and in my opinion the manager has always taken care of this place as a manager and pretty much has many satisfied tenants but there is a personal vendetta between him and his granddaughter and she is pretty posting negatives against him and the company he works for. the place is well maintained clean and pretty much is always full, it is priced right. i recommend this place if you can get in.Review from Apartments.com
This place is a dump!
October 8, 2016This place is a dump! The city and county inspectors have repeatedly cited them for substandard housing issues. Many current tenants have bathtubs filling with sewage. The on-site manager is in his 80's and verbally abuses tenants. If one complains, they move to evict you. Don't spend a dime here!Review from Apartments.com
