Nice place to live .
December 19, 2016I moved here three years ago ,I was looking for apartment that is close to my daughters school. Im satisfied , apartment is comfortable ,area is nice especially if you have children, they can play outside . If i have any problem and call office they are very efficient, in same day they resolve the issue . What I like the most are my neighbors, Im very grateful for them .Review from Apartments.com

Not bad at all
August 16, 2015For a $800 one bedroom in a quiet part of Ridley Park, I have to admit I'm quite content here. 1. The apartments themselves are clean and well insulated. in fact on many hot days i dont need to even turn on the AC since in keeps at a low temperature. When it come to the winter time, the heat is on the spot. 2. The location is perfect, it situated along Ridley Creek so in the morning you can wake up to the sound of birds if you want or the brand new windows can keep the sound out. The only ...downside is the complex is right next to the railroad tracks (commercial not passenger) but it only passes by maybe 5 times in a day. 3. Then the best part is everything is a fairly easy drive away or if you need public transport to the city, then you can hope the regional rail right down the street. All in all, i love this place and i plan on leasing next year in the same spot.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
