I've lived in my apartment for over a year and I absolutely love it. Everything is fixed so quickly and the front office staff is amazing!! We have referred tons of people to live here just because of the environment feels like a community!!

I signed my lease in October 2025 and moving into this apartment complex has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the apartment was full of problems that management has continued to ignore. Every single air vent is filled with black mold, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. Since moving in, I’ve been getting sick constantly from the mold exposure and management still acts like it’s not a priority.

oven is broken and doesn’t close fully, making it a safety hazard. We couldn’t even cook our own Thanksgiving meal because of it. We were also promised a microwave with the unit and never received one, so I had to spend my own money to buy one because waiting on management was clearly pointless. The dishwasher has supposedly been “fixed” and “replaced” multiple times since we moved in, yet months later it still hasn’t been replaced. Nothing ever gets done here. The management office is completely useless, every time you go in, the ladies are conveniently “on lunch” or refuse to help resolve anything. Sure, the rent prices may seem manageable, but no amount of cheap rent is worth risking your health and safety. This place is poorly maintained, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. I would never recommend anyone live here

I was called and the lady was very nice and gave me all the info I needed to take to apply.
There were some minor details wrong when i got the apartment, i let the manager know and they fixed it that same day.
The girls in the office are so friendly
My garbage disposal was broken down as well, i called and they went the next day to check it out.
I was also given the free month and until now, i have loved it here!
If you’re looking for a affordable and comfortable apartment. This is it!

While this place might be ok to live in, it's no place to have company with you. If you just bought a new car, you'll have to be careful because one of your vehicles might get towed. Whoever gets towed (doesn't matter if its you vehicle or your friends vehicle) will have to pay $300 to a private towing company all the way in Weslaco, so if you get towed, you'll have to pay $300 to the towing company, plus whatever your rent is. To avoid you'll need a pass (if you're a resident you will have to ...
show them your ID and your insurance) for friends or family members, you will have to buy a parking pass for $10 that you will need a money order and hope that the office is open (they have a schedule but never follow it) office hours end at 5pm and only during weekdays, so if you have people coming over the weekend, or unscheduled company, they might get their car towed.
Ex. my girlfriend got sick and needed to help taking care of the baby (unscheduled company) because I was at a 24 hour shift at work (I'm an EMT, they don't do first responder offers), her mother came in her car, and started to cook something for her, and not even an hour later, they were towing her car away. They needed to gather $50 cash to stop her car from getting towed and that's because a cop convinced the ones towing the car.
Overall, this place is okay to live in if you're a loner that never or rarely gets company. If you do get company constantly, or at least once a week, this place is most definitely not for you.
