These buildings are very old and you can see it in the quality of maintenance. I've spoken to several neighbors who have complaints of management not responding to repairs and simply abandoning unfinished repairs. I have plenty of pictures of the inside of several units. Most are empty and uninhabitable. As of June 2025 they're rasing rent. Painted cracked bathtubs and old brittle painted on counter tops. Painted! Not replaced. There are better newer Apts near by that I have moved to due the ...
