Easy Renewal Process Is Greatly Appreciated Communicating with Rising Sun Mills has been pretty easy whether using the portal or talking with management. Receiving the lease offer early gave me the time to read the lease thoroughly and then discuss the suggested raise in rent. There are many positives as well as areas that need improvement in my 6M building. Overall it is safe living here as a single woman. My rent should reflect the condition of the apartment and not based on the “market”. This ...

area is not the East Side of Providence by any stretch of the imagination. A lot of low income people live in this neighborhood. The area is not pristine and could be cleaner. Right now I am happy with my rent for what I am receiving. I appreciate the portal being available. It make communicating and paying my rent very easy.

LOVELY place to live Beautiful loft apartments with gorgeous wooden floors. Very spacious with large windows that provide a lot of fresh air. New appliances, and the best refrigerator I have ever seen! Also, close to Atwells Ave. and Broadway Street.

Great place to live!! I love living at Rising Sun Mills for many reasons: and among them I include my apartment, with its magnificently tall windows is full of sun in the mornings; the manager, Freddy Rodriquez, Ashley, and staff are amazing and always helpful; my 2 showers feel so good with the right amount of pressure. I feel safe here and see security patrolling all the time,; the elevators make my life much easier; and I can dispose of my trash by simply walking to the trash chute at the end ...

of the hall. In addition, the surrounding grounds are well kept, there is abundant parking, and we have a laundry room. It feels more and more like home every day.
