      Have live here for almost 3 years now. Siera and Myra in the front office are helpful and resourceful with any concerns that have come up. Maintenance team always takes care of request within 24 hours. Friendly staff and neighbors overall.

      I absolutely love living at the Rivage! Not only is the location great, but the staff is incredibly responsive. Carmy in particular is so quick to respond to issues and is so engaging any time we cross paths. Not only is she phenomenal at her job, but I have a dog with anxiety who adores Carmy and always loves to see her. She’s a wonderful person who makes living here so enjoyable!

      I have lived all over the country, in many rental; Rivage is definitely unmatched in regards to the quality of people running It. Siera is by far the best manager of a building I’ve ever lived in. You would think I was the only resident because she responds quickly and always in a personal way. Maintenance team is so quick and efficient- I’ve never gone more than 2 hours waiting for a request, even as small as a filter change. I wish I could stay here forever!

      I toured Rivage today and was wholly impressed by what I saw in the amenities and public spaces. Jacob, my tour guide, was kind and understanding of my needs for a home, speedily finding an appropriate apartment to view as I enjoyed some water. The amenities for Rivage are well kept, clean, and have many innovations I would be happy to see in other apartments. Particularly the air filtration in the gyms and conference rooms. The homes themselves were spacious, open floorplans. Simply put, the ...
      only stop gap was in fact, the price. Many of the apartments were beyond what I was willing to pay for. Should my financial situation change, Rivage is certainly something to consider for those looking to have high end community living, outside of the crowding of downtown.

      I have lived in the Rivage since April 2021, and this is the 5th property I've lived in, in my five years in Portland. The staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to ensure any issues are handled, questions answered, and ultimately have provided the best living experience I've had in Portland thus far. The location is beautiful, the access to the Riverwalk is unbeatable, and overall 10/10, I have no complaints thus far!

      I can't say enough good things about the staff at Rivage. They are incredibly thoughtful, diligent, and do not let any matter go unaddressed. Kelsey, Cassie, and Lindsey genuinely cared about what I was reaching out to them about and always followed up. I wasn't at Rivage nearly as long as I had hoped but my time there was even more enjoyable due to the staff.       I've really enjoyed living in the Rivage thus far. From the leasing process to move-in, everything has been seamless process.
