December 17, 2025While the units are very nice appearance wise, I've run into nothing but problems since moving in and no sense of urgency to remedy them. I've even been holding back on submitting tickets for every issue so as to not seem annoying but it's getting ridiculous at this point.Review from Apartments.com

September 16, 2025I absolutely love my new home! The floor plan is perfect in every way. The kitchen is massive. Definitely a win because I love to cook. Hurley enjoys baking in the sun out on the spacious back patio. It is very secluded up on top of the hill. My neighbors are quiet. I could have not asked for anything better! September 5, 2025The community is decent, though not your typical apartment-style setup. There are no amenities such as a pool, gym, or playground, which may be a downside for families with children. There is a picnic and grill area available for events, but it's on a first-come, first-served basis. The unit itself is nice enough, and it's a plus that you have your own front porch and a small back area. However, I wish there were more closet space, and it's not ideal that the A/C unit is located right in the ...back area. All the bedrooms are upstairs and fairly close together. The bathroom walls are thin—you can hear when someone is using the restroom, which may be a privacy concern. Maintenance is very responsive, and work orders are handled well, which is a big positive. Overall, I would rate this apartment 3.5 out of 5 stars. The score reflects the convenient location, but also the traffic congestion on Bell Rd, limited storage, and the unit’s layout.Property Manager Responded
