Apartments are overpriced and outdated. It is supposed to be gated, but the gate stays broken. Also, the cabinets and shelves are extremely old. When it's time to move new tenants in, they don't fix anything, they just paint over it. When asked to talk to corporate, tenants are told, ''There is no corporate # and the owner will not be able to speak to you.''

Very satisfied with Riverbend. Management and maintenance are excellent always on top. Safe, secure gated entrance and fencing all around. Grounds well maintained, beautiful. Extra large back yard is perfect playground for playing, exercising pets. Pool and laundry area always sanitary.
