Very quiet, clean, well maintained
March 12, 2020We lived here and we loved that if we put a request in by the time we came home from work it was fixed. Very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and we had wooded view. Simply beautiful to eat or sit looking at trees and baby deer would come. We had a problem with one noisy neighbor and another Cheech and Chong weed smoker. Reported it and it ceased. Actually, the noisy neighbor moved because they gave her warnings.Review from Apartments.com

Quiet City Living
September 21, 2015These are the perfect apartments if you want to be close the action of surrounding cities without being right in the middle of it all. There's Westland-the mall, Canton-shopping on Ford Road(IKEA), Livonia, Romulus-the Airport, minutes from the expressway. Even though I live on one of the major streets, I LOVE the fact that it's so quiet during the night that I can sleep with my window open every night and not be bothered by any traffic noise that would keep me up. The buildings are kept nice ...and clean, there are two(2) pools to chose from, and the fitness room equipment is well kept. All in all the perfect apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 7, 2015I am a current tenant and am very unhappy living here. There are two swimming pools but only one is normally open. The pool by the rental office is closed more than it is open. On the last day of the season the pool closed at 3pm. Could not keep it open because they had no one to work it but could pay someone to stay there and remove ALL the equipment! Management does nothing about this. The exercise room is just as bad. August 25, 2015I really love these apartments. The apartments are a short drive to Schoolcraft college where I am at most of the week. I love that there are so many restaurants around. The apartments are very close to Hines Dr. parks and I appreciate the nature feel. The staff is wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better place to live.Review from Apartments.com

River bend a new beginning
July 20, 2015River bend apartments are a great place to start your new lease on life. The apartments are spacious and well kept. You ever have a problem the staff is on it, they treat you like family here. This is truly a great place from working out in the gym or swimming in one of the TWO pool in the complex. Lastly there are seasonal bugs to keep in mind, however if you keep your apartment clean and tidy you have nothing to worry about.
