May 22, 2025This is a gem in one of the best locations to rent in Columbia. It's close to campus and downtown, but also located somewhat in the south which is a safer place to live in Columbia. It's close to everything like banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail areas. The property looks great and well maintained. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
