Pleasant place to call home

The front office personnel were respectful, easy to talk to and quick in responding back to my questions either via email or phone or in person. Great place to live
July 7, 2022I lived here for a year and was honestly sad when I moved out. River Bluff has very friendly staff and they are always in communication with you through monthly newsletters and other postings. Many of the units have been remodeled and I saw evidence of others being remodeled as I lived there. I had one of these units and it was very nice. It looked like nearly brand new appliances (including a dishwasher!), new flooring and cabinets. I had a two bedroom and it was plenty spacious. Each unit has ...it's own central air conditioning, and it worked great. They would often have community events and contests with prizes. They did a great job of making it feel like a community. And the rent is very reasonable, with heat, water, garbage all included. You only pay electricity and internet/phone if you want it. I would highly recommend River Bluff to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live downtown
July 2, 2021River Bluff Apartments is a wonderful community. I loved calling it home this past year. The property management here is very helpful and fast to respond to anything you need. They truly make the residents feels at home. There have been updates to the building and with each update it looks better and better. The view of downtown Mankato from the building is amazing. Since moved in they've been tryi g to update the building since it's old hospital as n d needing fixing but we hats concerning g us all and wish hey could get it up and running g abd fixed t he most here is ty he pool outside.
