Love it here!
February 19, 2026The staff is so nice and really care about their residents. The ladies in the office are delightful. Maintenance is on top of any concerns, and all around I think the community is beautiful. The location is convenient with plenty of shops near by. Nice Community

December 16, 2025Lets start with my tour ,Zahria was very good explaining everything around the complex. Had a lot of knowledge. We took a little fun ride on the golf cart and went into the first model it was amazing , cute and clean...the moving process was very easy and fast...Miranda the manager has a great personality and very outgoing and will answer any questions there maybe....thanks for everything team!! March 14, 2025Location is great. Easy access for all things Lexington, Lake Murray and Columbia. Lived here for over three years. Meridith and Kayla keep the place running smooth and schedule special events each month. Norman and his crew keep your apartment's maintenance up to speed. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is awesome! Apartments have in unit washer and dryer. Many units have been updated with new flooring and countertops. 24 hour access to a gym and mail distribution hub. All ...in all, a great place to call home at a very reasonable monthly rent.Property Manager Responded

Don't come here
November 10, 2023First washing machine was damaged. They got to that fast. But then dishwasher was not operational the same time. Oh that was july Here it is November and 3 missed appointments and it still sits in a box in my living room. But yet pay full rent for a apartment. This place is a joke! Never come here. Pay for what you get. Oh by the way the front gate hasn't worked since I got here in july.Property Manager Responded

Easy to find
March 31, 2023Came to tour at River Bluff a few weeks back. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we called to get directions. Madison was very helpful and patient as we navigated into Lexington from the interstate. River Bluff of Lexington where the community is family
November 5, 2019River Bluff of Lexington is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Anna was an amazing Property manager and was the best to deal with whenever there were issues or problems to be resolved. Sarah is by far the most creative leasing manager there is. She brings the community closer together with special events that she hosted. Jordan came in as the new Property manager without skipping a beat. She is down to earth and went out of her way to make sure any issues or problems were ...taken care of. It was awesome having a maintenance crew that would respond quickly and work tirelessly to make every resident's experience a great one. River Bluff of Lexington is a wonderful place to live if you want to take advantage of downtown Lexington and the surrounding area. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. No Place Like Home
August 10, 2017River Bluff was one of the first places we looked at and immediately we fell in love. The property looks like a resort (Especially the entrance which is gorgeous) but we were concerned we wouldn't qualify given the substantial hit our credit scores took over the last two years due to my husband's medical issues. We came in and spoke with Felicia who told us not to worry about the credit score as long as we had good landlord referrals. She waived the application fee for us and told us that the ...application would take about a week for us to get an answer. Dropped the application off that morning and got a call and email from her about an hour later that we were approved and she was taking our unit off the market. We waited for one of the fully gutted and remodeled bottom floor units with stainless steel appliances and wood laminate and it was so worth the extra 30 days in our friend's spare bedroom. The pool is gorgeous, there's a nice cabana / hammock garden area, a putting green, and a dog park. The leasing office, business center, and fitness center are all beautifully decorated and every amenity I've seen is immaculately clean. They also offer reserved parking for $15 monthly per spot and I love how easy everything is to do online through the resident portal. Everyone in the office is delightful -- especially Heather. We woke up one Saturday to a frigid puddle of water on the floor in front of our AC unit. I had to run out so I didn't call the office until we got home around 12:30 and made them aware of the issue. Within half an hour a very nice man on the maintenance staff was here to take a look and replace the line that had gotten clogged up. This morning they were at the gates handing out coffee and bagels as part of Resident Appreciation Week. Granted this week was a bit of an apology for a maintenance issue that ran on for longer than they anticipated but they do nice little perks pretty often (There's usually an announcement of some sort of give away or event in the monthly newsletter). We really couldn't be happier. No place is going to be paradise all the time but the team Aspen has in place here tries really hard to make this a great place for its residents to call home. Bonus is the property is situated behind a medical plaza so there's very little road noise and you get a bit more privacy. It's everything you could want in a gated community in the coveted Lexington One School District.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
