Nice place to live at
October 25, 2024I have been here for for over 3,years and never had a problem here. The staff is friendly. Maintenance people are great. They come really quick if there is something wrong with your stuff, they try and do fun stuff for the kids. The only issue I have is the parking but overall it’s a decent place to live.Property Manager Responded

Roaches
April 19, 2021Riverchase Apartment has roaches!!! No one disclosed this information to me before moving in. When I turned in my move-in checklist, an office worker tried to keep the INFESTATION on the hush while a potential resident viewed the property. I was told that my apartment would be sprayed, but it hasn't thus far. Overall, the apartment is great, but it's not worth the money to have these tiny and huge roommates.Property Manager Responded
