Nice place to live at

I have been here for for over 3,years and never had a problem here. The staff is friendly. Maintenance people are great. They come really quick if there is something wrong with your stuff, they try and do fun stuff for the kids. The only issue I have is the parking but overall it’s a decent place to live.

My Mom and I really love living here. We've been here going on 10 years and the location is perfect and the staff goes above and beyond to do anything they can to help out. The community is pet friendly and my 2 yorkies enjoy all the green space too :)

I moved in about 2 years ago with my 2 children and have loved living here. The kids have met some good friends and we've had nothing but positive experiences with the office and maintenance staff. The pool is awesome and the place is very well maintained. Would highly recommend AND HAVE to my friends!

Roaches

Riverchase Apartment has roaches!!! No one disclosed this information to me before moving in. When I turned in my move-in checklist, an office worker tried to keep the INFESTATION on the hush while a potential resident viewed the property. I was told that my apartment would be sprayed, but it hasn't thus far. Overall, the apartment is great, but it's not worth the money to have these tiny and huge roommates.

Have had a great living experience here with my 2 pups. Honestly no complaints. My apartment is huge and I have great closet space, plus plenty of space for the doggies to do their business and convenient pet waste stations. I also feel very safe here - the place is well light at night and I find people friendly.
