This is my third time inquiring about the same townhome, and I keep being told that it’s not yet vacant. May 28, 2025This place is infested with bugs. Maintenance never fixes anything. The staff is always rude & not helpful. They take advantage of young adults that don’t know any better & looking for a first apartment!Property Manager Responded

February 28, 2025I have been here for 6 years now and it’s awesome. Leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Friendly and welcoming. February 7, 2025When I was first moving in to RiverChase in 2022, office staff was so friendly and all got moved it to a ground floor apartment but later I came to realize my livingroom carpet was so wet due to the walls leaking water from the outside on a haeavy rainy day. Took pictures addressed the issue to the office with a follow up of the photos said they would send someone which took like a week later for maintenance to come by but no fixing was done addressed the issue again nothing was done about it, ...got tired about addressing the same issue and since then till now 2024 I have been living in the same environment hoping it just doesn’t rain.Property Manager Responded

I love my 12 years with River Chase Apts.
March 9, 2023Hi! I have lived here for 12 years and enjoyed everything here This is the best place to call your Home! It's so warm and feel with lots of love. The ladies in the office are very friendly and Professional they have a way of making feel Welcome! And they really care about you! And very concern about you! They want you to be happy! Anytime there is a problem they listen to you, always take the time make sure your problems are taken care of! The Property is always kept clean! Leasing Office has poor communication with tenants and they are often rude and promise call backs that never happen.
February 13, 2023I am a current tenant here and from what I have observed they only care about the bottom dollar. The halls are not swept or mopped, they allow maintenance workers and exterminators in your apartment without notifying you. At first they would give you notice but now they don't and when they did give notice it was a 24hr notice that they were coming. The same thing happened with the paving of the parking lot. That was a non communicated disaster with threats to have your car towed if you didn't ...adhere to them giving such short notice! They charge you for every little thing that's due to normal wear and tear. My apartment is so filled with dust from the air filter not being changed and I guess I will have to change the filter myself. They have recently had a change of staff in maintenance and when they have come to repair or replace it has been half done. I'm not going to go into detail due to not wanting to be mistreated while still currently residing there. I will hope that I'm able to find another establishment to rent from because the way they communicate here is just unacceptable.Property Manager Responded

Leasing Office Does not Communicate with Residents
October 9, 2022This apartment refuses to communicate with Renters about Rent. I reached out to them after communicating that I was struggling to pay September Rent. No one responded to emails and then I was served with a lawsuit. I cannot afford to take off of work to attend court. Communicated that with corporate office no one has responded. Living here has caused a severe amount of stress. I been unhappy since last year and no one in the Leasing Office cares. They rather keep being unresponsive and lie about ...not receiving emails. I CC myself in any correspondence I send this complex. So I know they are receiving the emails just choosing not to respond.
