Chronic Sewage Issues Most of the parts of living at River City are actually pretty nice. Slightly annoying apartment layout where there’s no right corners, so furniture is difficult to make flush with the wall. But our kitchen sink kept backing up with sewage just about every month or two. The building management kept insisting nothing could be done to fix it long term, which is ultimately why I had to move. And the building’s plumbers would come, work on it some, not fix it, and then leave ...

My first apartment River City was my first apartment after graduating from college. I have lived here for many years and have seen River City improve over that time. Unfortunately, I had to leave the neighborhood, but I will remember RC fondly.
