December 10, 2025Closet fell The shelves in my closet fell and I was scared to leave my dog in my apartment alone for fear of it falling on him. I put it in the app and about 10 minutes later I had two maintenance guys at my door ready to work. They fixed it in like 20 minutes so I could go about my day. July 27, 20251 year stay I am a doctor and worked at Rush university medical center for my fellowship for a year contract. I had an excellent time here. I lived close to everything, close to the hospital and the customer service was incredible. One day there was rising water quickly in my sink on a Saturday and they were there within 30 minutes. They also replaced my dryer and microwave within a day. This is a great place to live and they care about their tenants. I have no complaintsProperty Manager Responded
