April 8, 2023I love living at the River club townhomes! I feel like service requests are slow and usually don’t fix the issue completely (we have asked to get a sliding door fixed that still falls off the railing, our water heater was replaced but left outside for weeks, etc.) other than that I have zero complaints! April 7, 2023I feel like the comllex is good but my unit in particular is very old and had a lot of ceiling issue. Plus I had issues with renewing my lease as well. Otherwise good experience.Review from Apartments.com

March 29, 2023Apartment itself is decent, pretty run down and moldy but livable otherwise. Not too many bugs and maintenance is very nice and helpful. Management has terrible communication and has caused several issues that could have easily been avoided.Review from Apartments.com

Personal experience
February 8, 2020Just wanted to share my personal experience living here at the river club. When my roommate and I first moved in, the apartment appeared to not have been cleaned for months. There was dog fur everywhere. The couch and chair were full of dog fur. When I lifted my mattress the bottom was covered with dog fur. It was disgusting. A couple days after living here, my roommate and I both noticed we had little bumps that itched very badly. Turns out the apartment was infested with fleas. We requested to ...have the carpets replaced which I believe they were or maybe they just cleaned them really well. We also requested new furniture since the fleas were there too but they said they couldn’t replace our furniture. Our apartment also has an issue with roaches, which I have put in request about and they have sent pest control in a timely manner. I believe the roaches and fleas were a result of the previous individuals who lived here before, and I was extremely disappointed with the river club thinking it was okay, to have people live in these conditions. I did not get on here for management to comment on my post and apologize , that is not necessary. I just wanted those interested in living here to make sure your apartment is actually cleaned and inspected before you move in.Property Manager Responded

terrible service , never recommend
March 13, 2018I will give this one star to the new manger, and the freezing winter without heater. They are the boss and when you can't get the service you supposed to have, the only thing you could do is suck it!!! And they think you know nothing about how they work. Yes, they did not apologize first but find excuse first... I lived there with no heater for 2 months during the winter and get sick, but they still think it is reasonable to fix it in 2 months and I should understand their work. And the reason of ...not fixing heater from the new manager is about the communication issue between me and the landlord?!! Yes, 3 working orders and 2 complaints, and 2 face to face meetings, and I'm too stupid to explain well that I just need the heater been fixed!!!! So rude!!!!!!!! I will never ever recommend anyone live in the community and can't wait to move out. Really hope yep could have 0 Star rating...Property Manager Responded

We have spoken with you and reviewed your service request history, and did not find any outstanding issues. The two work orders regarding your HVAC unit were addressed immediately each time. During the 7 days your HVAC unit was inoperable, two portable heaters were supplied to you and your roommate.
