Headline River Falls is a great apartment complex. I feel safe with gate fencing, much lighting. The staff have always been considerate, answered my questions, saw my problems were addressed. Since, I have moved in I have had no issues.

Breezeways and front doors I don't know about all the breezeways and front doors, but the breezeway and the front doors in building 2700 most often appear unkept, dirty, and certainly not an attractive entrance to anyone's home. The stairs and floor are stained. Otherwise, the grounds and upkeep is excellent and maintenance very responsive.
