Just NO … Do not rent from here
November 30, 2024Awful. Horrendous. Terrible. Do not move here! - Walls / Ceiling made of paper - you can hear everything. Everything. The people above you can tiptoe and it’s the loudest thing you’ve ever heard. - Dirty stairs, hallways - If you wanna get high by just walking outside this is your place - Work orders marked complete without doing them - office staff is so oblivious and do not care - Kitchen Drawers don’t open unless you open the oven door - $120 extra fee per month for absolutely nothing ...- should be against the law for this added fee on top of the overpriced crappy apartment - The list goes on … Do not waste your time and money. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. You’ll regret it. I cry every day being here. It is the worst. Life is miserable in this complex.Property Manager Responded

December 11, 2018This apartment community has horrible communication. We received approval and I was trying to get a move in date. I have left multiple messages and emails. Nobody will respond! I even had a friend to drive by the office but they were closed during business hours. It has been over a week! I have wasted time and money! Do not waste your time with this place. Nice Place Great Community
October 18, 2017My daughter and I relocated here from Iowa/Wisconsin. We made an excellent choice by rent and living here. The office and maintenance staff are som0lu fantastic. Management is always trying different ways to bring the community together and are always open to ideas. The Maintenance Engineers are on top of their game. Shortest time for a ticket resolution was 15 minutes. Longest was 24 hours. extremely unhappy
July 11, 2017Please, Please disregard "All" of positive reviews, they are fake! I am almost certain they were written by the unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, uneducated staff. Notice they are anonymous. This place is the "absolute worst", unkept and filthy, like the staffs attitude. Just take a ride on the grounds, trash is constantly overflowing and piled up high. The odor from trash compactor causes you to almost loss the meal you consumed prior to approaching. The rate listed does not include, water ...sewage, trash and yes, you are billed monthly for all listed as well as exterminator. The maintenance staff never repair anything and they hate to be needed, although, it's their job. Run and fast! If you rent with River Forest Apartments you will regret it! Great Community!
August 6, 2015Moving here was a great decision and my husband and I couldn't be happier. The office staff were so helpful upon move in and worked with me through every step of the way. The complex is in great proximity to stores, restaurants, and highways. The best part though is the sense of community. The office step is very involved through email, Facebook, and activities for residents. It's also very convienent to be able to submit maintenance request, pay rent, and retrieve messages directly from the ...office staff. Great Location, Well maintained
August 14, 2015I am new to the area and searched around for a perfect apartment to begin my adult life. After having an apartment at college I knew I wanted to have an adult neighborhood that is well maintained and clean. I have more than enough square footage for myself, my boyfriend, and our two pets. I never feel cramped. It has a huge courtyard with lots of grass and is 30 minutes or less from everything.
