Attentive Property managers and maintenance

The location is quiet and landscaping well kept. The new property managers listen to concerns and act upon them if they're able too. The owners are a concern because plenty of residents have complained about the garbage issue at the compactor and it falls on deaf ears. They expect maintenance to clean it every week vs putting in dumpsters or looking for a resolution. Yes, you can smell pot when your outside sometimes, but the property managers are working on that.

The people above you can tiptoe and it’s the loudest thing you’ve ever heard. - Dirty stairs, hallways - If you wanna get high by just walking outside this is your place - Work orders marked complete without doing them - office staff is so oblivious and do not care - Kitchen Drawers don’t open unless you open the oven door - $120 extra fee per month for absolutely nothing ...

This apartment community has horrible communication. We received approval and I was trying to get a move in date. I have left multiple messages and emails. Nobody will respond! I even had a friend to drive by the office but they were closed during business hours. It has been over a week! I have wasted time and money! Do not waste your time with this place. My daughter and I relocated here from Iowa/Wisconsin. We made an excellent choice by rent and living here. The office and maintenance staff are som0lu fantastic. Management is always trying different ways to bring the community together and are always open to ideas. The Maintenance Engineers are on top of their game. Please, Please disregard "All" of positive reviews, they are fake! I am almost certain they were written by the unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, uneducated staff. Notice they are anonymous. This place is the "absolute worst", unkept and filthy, like the staffs attitude. Just take a ride on the grounds, trash is constantly overflowing and piled up high. The odor from trash compactor causes you to almost loss the meal you consumed prior to approaching. The rate listed does not include, water ...

After having an apartment at college I knew I wanted to have an adult neighborhood that is well maintained and clean. I have more than enough square footage for myself, my boyfriend, and our two pets. I never feel cramped. It has a huge courtyard with lots of grass and is 30 minutes or less from everything. Plus it has up to date appliances. Definitely the best bang for your buck!
