Awful place to live
February 22, 2019The new manager is not proactive at all. The neighbors are so loud all hours of the night. But they managers have done nothing about it. I’ve woken up at 3am more nights than I can count. We also received no notice when there was a crew working on our roof. And it even knocked out our power for almost 2 days which meant all our food went bad. The renovations seem like a quick fix to put a mask on an ugly face. It’s not actually fixing any problems. We’ve had black mold growing under both our ...sinks for 3 years now and nothing has been done about it. The fire extinguisher outside our apartment is broken, so hopefully there won’t be any need for it. No matter how many times we report issues, they never get resolved. I wish we were in a month to month lease so we could get out of this hell hole. Unfortunately we have a year lease. And the only reason I feel safe here is because police officers live just down the street. My advice, DONT LIVE HERE! This place is not worth the price. And the managers are so awful. I wish I could give this place less stars. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 23, 2018Hello, I just wanted to point out that our rent here at River Glen Apts are currently comparable with everyone in the area. We are proud that we can offer rent at a reasonable rate due to the lack of gym equipment and /or pool that rarely get used. We offer a home in a quiet area but still close to shopping with a washer/dryer in unit, working fireplace, and our kitchens have a nice size pantry. Please call us with any questions.
