June 25, 2025This is the best apartment complex in Jacksonville to live! Located right on the River across from the Jaguars Stadium and Baystreet. The facility is nice, the staff is amazing, and we are right in San Marco with plenty of things to do. The fitness center, club room, courtyards are well maintained, with secure access to the buildings. And the river views are exceptional! Nate leads a professional leasing office staff. McKenzie and Katie are always responsive, friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is always timely and thorough, while the automated community app keeps things efficient. Mike the maintenance ...supervisor leads a terrific team. Felipe and “Q” are always professional, friendly, and helpful.
