Pros : Great location and price for the location that you get. The pool is nice and the upgraded fitness center is really nice. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. Cons : maintenance requests will take months to get fixed. The elevator in the 123 building is always breaking & the inspection sticker for it expired 16 months ago. Yes, it EXPIRED 16 months ago, and the thing breaks every week! Walking up 5 flights of stairs in the summer SUCKS. The complex manager is not a people person. ...
Communication from them is terrible. They keep sending emails acknowledging their terrible communication and that it’ll get better, but it’s been 8 months, and that still hasn’t happened.

The staff are amazing and super helpful. It's a safe environment. I have not experienced any incidents so far. The facilities are nice and equipped. It's super close to the river walk.

I absolutely love living here. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, and the community of neighbors is so welcoming. The property is within walking distance to so many cool bars and restaurants and yet it’s still quiet enough to relax at home.

The community is great, it’s also in a very convenient location, the property is maintained and the apartments are super cute! I also appreciate that they have a garage for cars so we don’t have to park on the street. Another safety measure is if you don’t know the code or don’t have access to the OPEN app you’re not getting very far onto the property.

JD is by far the most caring Manager I've ever experienced at an apartment complex. He is not paid enough! I also love our Maintenance Team! Very responsive and kind. The grounds are looking great and pest control and cleanliness is improving greatly! The dog park continues to be an issue with owners not picking up after themselves, but that's reflective of the residents, not the team. I love living at River House and hope to stay here for another couple years!
