Disabled Navy War Veteran,s Story
February 11, 2020I'm a Disabled Navy Veteran who was in the First Desert Storm War who spent 10 yrs in the Submarine Force protecting this great nation. Last July 2019 I moved into River Mill Village and met the property manager who was very sympathetic to my Physical & Mental Disabilities from the War and made the necessary accommodations for me under Connecticut State Housing Laws for Reasonable Accommodation for Disabled Tennants; understanding that I need PCA's to assist me with my ADLs and Supervise my ...Ambulation now that my Osteoarthritis in Both of my knees has severely progressed. I hope to reside here for years to come and Hope that more Disabled Military Veterans make River Mill Village their choice for Home Sweet Home!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
