January 13, 2026After my adult children moved out of my house, I decided to downsize. I’ve lived in this same neighborhood for 13 years. I toured a nearby newly built apartment complex; though spacious and beautiful, it wasn’t for me. When your manager gave me a tour in my future apartment, I immediately knew this was home. I have now signed for a third year lease and absolutely love living here. The layout of the corridors keeps outside noises to a minimum. The amenities, from a resort style pool to a ...beautiful lake with a fountain, coming home feels luxurious every day. The location of River North is so central and convenient. Lastly, I cannot say enough complimentary words about the attention to detail from the leasing team. They have truly created a neighborhood atmosphere with holiday celebrations and small events in the clubhouse.Property Manager Responded
