I try to refer River North anytime I can because even with the issues it is my home my daughter's home and we love it and never want to move we have been there since the day they opened that says a lot we cause no problems pay rent and just want to be able to enjoy the whole place

After my adult children moved out of my house, I decided to downsize. I’ve lived in this same neighborhood for 13 years. I toured a nearby newly built apartment complex; though spacious and beautiful, it wasn’t for me. When your manager gave me a tour in my future apartment, I immediately knew this was home. I have now signed for a third year lease and absolutely love living here. The layout of the corridors keeps outside noises to a minimum. The amenities, from a resort style pool to a ...

Lastly, I cannot say enough complimentary words about the attention to detail from the leasing team.
