Frankly, you can find bigger and more modern spaces for the monthly amount. And their policy about not smoking within 25 ft of any buildings isn’t enforced. We found so many cigarette butts in the outdoor storage room when we moved in, and the whole apartment smelled very smoky. We were just told by Kylie to plug in a Glade air freshener. The maintenance guys ended up cleaning the vents over a couple of days to full get rid of the smell.
