I have lived here for a couple months now and absolutely love it. The grounds are beautiful with all of the trees and the amenities are great. Maintenance has also been very quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend River Oak Apartments to anyone.

I moved to Kentucky in February of 2023. I applied to River Oaks Apartments unseen and it is a great apartment. It’s far from the city but close to the big four bridge and some walking areas. Quiet location, spacious apartments, beautiful area.
