River Oak has been the perfect apartment community for me as a new-to-Louisville graduate student! The onsite staff is so friendly, kind, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests I submit. It's beautiful, well maintained, well located and has good features (pool, gym, laundry). It has original construction issues that are now coming home to roost, the main problem here, but they are being addressed well.
