    We started out in a 2 bedroom then upgraded to a 3 bedroom. The office staff, Brenda, Che'ana, Diana, and DD are very quick to respond and always helpful. If they don't know the answer to something they will find it out! The maintenance staff are also very respectful, quick and detailed oriented! Since living here they have updated the dog park and stay on top of doggie bags and the grounds are very clean! The price is steep but worth every penny!

  • Clean and friendly

    The apartments here are a good size and the grounds are always clean. Super pet friendly and the staff will work with you. The maintenance is amazing. Our fridge was giving us problems and they did not hesitate to replace it with a new one. It’s pricy to live here but it’s worth it for the clean property and helpful staff. 100% recommend living here.

  • Outstanding Apartment Homes and Staff

    I lived at River Oaks Apartments for four years (2017-2020) and I absolutely enjoyed it. I couldn’t have asked for anymore. The apartments are well maintained and any unforeseen issues were always fixed in a timely manner. There was great communication from the staff regarding any apartment wide updates. Additionally, the staff working in the office are very friendly and the maintenance personnel are professional and hard workers.

  • over priced

    March 9, 2018
    Apartments are not very well maintained. obvious short cuts taken when it comes to workmanship. had a roof leak (im on bottom floor), took them 2 days to try and fix it. obvious damage shows it has happened before. They claimed it was the 3rd floor water heater (so it must of leaked through 2x floors and ceilings). to fix this issue, they just drilled hole in the roof, and left it like that for a week, then painted over. no check for mold, no real repairs. When they recently painted the complex ...
    (ugly paint scheme also), the company who did it left most of my back porch untrimmed, I was pulling painters tape of my windows weeks later. seals under the front door is bad enough t o let small rodents in if they wanted, evident by the small lake that ruined several pairs of shoes when the painters power washed. Add that to the multiple times the office has "lost" my rent money order, and refused to revert the late fees, and you have a really bad place to live. The parking (in the whole complex, not just half) is garbage, never open spots. Neighbors are all loud, stomping horses who complain about every little thing possible. Don't try to sleep during the day, the entire complex's dog population howls non-stop, and are usually accompanied by the distant sound of people arguing and fighting outside. Homeless people wander the parking lots at night, and rummage through the trash. All in all, you can have a very loud, uninviting place to live, for the low low price of way too much

  • Home is where the good apartment is

    First off, the office ladies are AMAZING. They always seem happy to help you and they are always willing to answer your questions. In the lobby there is a pool table that you can access at any time. They also have a nice set up with a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the kitchen. There is also a room where you can study, or watch tv and relax on the couch as well. The apartments are beautiful inside and out! The patio's are spacious which is great. I have a 1 bedroom and 1 bath and its ...
    spacious and perfect size for two. I live on the side where there's a ton of parking so there's never an issue with that, however on the other side of the complex I hear it's pretty difficult to find parking. They just redid the pool area and it's beautiful! The pool is heated and I think it is salt water instead of chlorine which is nice. They have two BBQ's that you can use while at the pool as well. They also have a 24 hour gym with a sauna and a racket ball court which we love! Maintenance is wonderful. They're friendly and timely. When we moved in our smoke detector went off any time we took a shower, they came in the next day and changed the batteries. It kept going off easily so they replaced it the next day. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is right down the street from the shopping centers, it only takes 5 minutes to get anywhere. The neighbors seem friendly. We haven't had any issues. The apartment staff is very strict about the rules. I think it's great since it keeps the bad seeds away. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. All in all this apartment is great! The neighborhood is great, the staff is great, and the apartments are great. If I have to live in an apartment, this is the one I would choose all over again!
